Before starting Title Insurance Consultants in 2015, Brie McDaniel cut her teeth working for several Maryland title companies when she entered the industry in the early 2000s.

Now, as an expert in efficiencies for your operation and utilizing technology to transform your business, she puts her vast knowledge of management and accounting to use for others in the title industry.

Brie started her career as a pre-processor and was soon promoted to office manager. She knows how important accuracy is in the title business and recognizes how being proactive with procedures and technology can ensure that a firm is running as efficiently as possible. She is a believer in ALTA’s (the American Land Title Association) Best Practices for title companies and knows how to help you translate those standards into better productivity and profitability.

Brie spent her last five years as operations manager for a large title company, overseeing seven offi ces that generated more than $5 million in annual gross revenue. Brie had a hand in every facet of the company’s underwriting, operations and marketing departments during her time there, including steering the company through a re-organization. She also implemented ResWare while at that company. She’s a firm believer in how technology can transform your company’s closing process and has theexperience to ensure your employees are properly trained so that they are getting the most production out of the innovative technologies available.
